0000017: Window size control - can only access when Tabbles does not have focus

Description

I have a few menu bar related issues. Maybe they are known.

"File menu" and "window control" menu bar seem to occupy the same space. When I drag a Tabbles window around, I don't get to see the max/min/close blue bar till I click off Tabble. This sometimes then sends Tabble behind another application. 'tis awkward.

(0000024) anonymantis (viewer) 2009-10-23 13:40	Update: after dragging the Tabble around my extended desktop a few times (about 20) the menu bar/control bar seem to have sorted themselves out. I added a new screenshot "menubarnormal". Compare the two screeshots to see the issue.
