Automatically apply rules to several folders

    Postby barrienoland » Sun Aug 29, 2010 10:42 am

I have set Tabbles to not start automatically and I've noticed that files I move when Tabbles is not running are not tagged later when I start the program. I thought that the software would scan drives and apply those rules and such (kind of like how Picasa looks for new pics) but it doesnt. So I did the whole tools-apply rules now thing, but to my dismay I discovered I can only apply the rules to ONE. Folder. At. A. Time.

I have bunches (a technical term) of folders with rules and I don't even remember which ones they are. Is there any way to automatically apply rules at startup and/or apply rules to folders in batches?

    Thanks

    Hello there,

I understand your problem but the whole idea is that Tabbles is ALWAYS running...Scanning the hard-drive takes a lot of resources and you typically don't want that to happen.

About your request: there is nothing like this now... but we'll see what we can do.
